Event Photography in London
“Karolina Webb kindly brought her camera to several poetry, music and mixed media performance events I’ve presented at venues such as London’s 100 Club in Oxford Street (Jazz Poetry SuperJams), and one of the recent biggest and best at Queen Elizabeth Hall last June (The CounterCultural Olympiad). The resultant photographs amazed us all with the incisiveness of her capture of peak moments of intense mutual improvisation by often more than a dozen performers at a time onstage. In this era where just about everyone is snapping away every day, her photography glows with a humanity and incandescence to set alongside the likes of Steinitz, Diane Arbus and Cartier-Bresson.”
"Over the years I have had many pictures taken of my live cabaret shows but Karolina has managed to capture the energy and unique flavour of these nights and does so by fitting in completely. She is unobtrusive and yet very talented and a joy to work with."

"I've reached an age where I very rarely like pictures of myself any more. But I properly love Karolina's. I don't know what she does, but she is a genius. Thank you."
"Karolina proved invaluable in creating a fabulous montage of photos that captured the essence of Poole Literary Festival. She was a complete pleasure to work with, nothing was too much trouble and she always captures just the right shot. I am a huge fan, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a first class photographer."
"Karolina has consistently taken outstanding photos of Jackson and the band ( Mano De Dios ) which capture their character and charm. The band regularly reference her work when looking for images to use."
